Die Untersuchung basiert auf empirischer Forschung von geschlossenen Gew\u00e4chsh\u00e4usern und auf Luftentfeuchtung durch Trocknungsmittel. Fl\u00fcssige Trocknungsmittel werden genutzt, um Energie und W\u00e4rme aus hei\u00dfer und feuchter Gew\u00e4chshausluft zu gewinnen. Gleichzeitig sind sie in die Feuchtigkeitsregulierung und W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung des Geb\u00e4udes einbezogen. In dem illustrierten Beispiel verfolgt die Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle eine kompakte Geometrie mit optimiertem Verh\u00e4ltnis von Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4chen und Volumen. Es wurden optimierte Fensterfl\u00e4chen und -eigenschaften, W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung, aktiver Sonnenschutz und geb\u00e4udeintegrierte PV vorgesehen.
